What is the ideal climate for beautiful and youthful skin?

I'd say an ideal climate would be tropical, because you want heat, but not too much sun, because too much sun can damage beautiful, youthful skin. A good place to start, if it's warm and sunny where you are, is try a patio or a front yard (if you have one.) If not, find an area on a beach. Make sure it's quiet, or wherever your noise preference is, because stress can make your skin do some strange stuff. I have brown skin, and whenever it's warm and sunny, I turn bronze. But, climate isn't the only element. You need to moisturize your skin. I use Vaseline Baby, and also Suave. Skin needs water too, so if you don't drink enough of it, all the other stuff you do will go to waste. So cut back on soda, juice, or milk, or whatever you drink that's not straight water. It'll save you money, too, if you have a water dispensing refrigerator. I hope this helps! Make sure you put sunscreen on! :) Don't try Pacific Northwest until July or late June. We are so wet and soggy. It's not that warm most of the time. We only get occasional warm days.
